About us

Vinkelgaard is a small organic farm run by Julie and Christoffer together with our children Ellen and Arthur.

Subsidies

We have been fortunate to receive support to fence 11 of our 16-hectare property, under the project Rydning og forberedelse til afgræsning, so our many animals can graze the areas and we can make the farm an exciting place to visit. The project provided support for establishing a 2 km long outer fence line, which we built using natural posts and electric wire. And net fencing in selected sections. In total, we rammed down more than 500 posts, screwed in approximately 2,500 insulators, and rolled out 10 km of electric wire.

The project is part of the EU Commission, the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development .
