Organic eggs, vegetables and meat

We sell eggs, meat and vegetables from our own animals and our no-dig market garden. We run our farm organically and focus on maintaining a diverse farming system where animal welfare, regenerative principles, and space for nature are prioritized. There are several ways to purchase our products, and we sell both to private customers and to restaurants and other professional kitchens.

Roadside stand and farm shop

The roadside stand is always open. Here you can buy our eggs, and occasionally vegetables are also available. We aim to always have eggs in the stand, but during some periods we cannot keep up with demand. Pre-order if you want to be sure not to make a wasted trip.

We sell sausages, cured sausages, and organic lamb (frozen) from our small farm shop. The farm shop is open most weekdays from 9–17 and by appointment. Each autumn we slaughter animals, and the butcher prepares many different cuts such as leg of lamb, lamb chops, rack of lamb, lamb ribs, minced meat, and offal. Pick-your-own

Vegetables can be purchased as pick-your-own at daily prices or with a seasonal pass. The season starts as early as April/May with crops such as sorrel and rhubarb, followed later by radishes, Asian leafy greens, potatoes, peas, carrots, lettuce, beans, beetroot, squash, pumpkins, and many types of cabbage.

Pickup locations and pre-ordering

Our products can be ordered for pickup at our distribution points in Ringsted, Søborg, Farum, and Østerbro. Delivery is also possible along the route between our address and these locations. Follow us on Facebook to stay updated on when we have deliveries near you.

It is possible to pre-order harvested vegetables throughout the season, as well as whole/half lambs and Kune Kune pigs for delivery in the autumn.

Professional kitchens
